Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 10, 2026
PIF Protocols is an educational exercise product. Do not submit medical records, imaging, insurance information, or other sensitive documents through its forms.
Information we collect
When you request the free reset, we collect the name and email address you provide, plus a source label showing which signup form you used. MailerLite processes this information to deliver the reset and related emails.
The knee audit stores a limited result history in your browser. If you choose to enter your email on the audit, three of your answers (pain location, main aggravator, and training type) are sent with it so your emails can be personalized to your situation. If you do not enter an email, audit answers are not transmitted. The app stores onboarding choices, exercise progress, pain logs, and session history locally in your browser. There is no PIF user account or cloud sync.
Purchases and licenses
Gumroad processes purchases and issues license keys. When you verify a key, the app sends it through a PIF server endpoint to Gumroad for validation. PIF does not collect payment-card details.
How information is used
We use submitted contact information to deliver requested material, provide product updates, and improve the customer experience. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and deletion
You can clear local app and audit data through your browser. You can unsubscribe through any marketing email. To request deletion of contact information held in MailerLite, email brad@pifprotocols.com.
Third-party services
PIF Protocols uses MailerLite for email, Gumroad for checkout and licensing, Netlify and Vercel for hosting, and Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage (pages visited, signups, checkout clicks). Google Analytics sets cookies and processes usage data under Google's privacy policy. The site may also link to external educational resources. Those services have their own privacy practices.
